Ban of Assignment clause in customer's contract
Depending on the wording of the ban of assignment clause, you may need to seek formal approval from customer XYZ to waive the clause in your contract/ agreement.
My application for financing my customer/debtor XYZ was recently rejected by Finaxar because there is a ban of assignment clause in my contract with XYZ. What should I do?
