Requirements for account activation
Activation of your account will be completed after you have submitted the following documents for onboarding. We need these for compliance:
- Company Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA)
- Board Resolution
- Digital copy of shareholder(s) NRIC
- Digital copy of Guarantor(s) NRIC
- Authorised Transactor(s) Form
- Details of Debtors
- Funds Crediting Form
For certain cases, a Notification Letter to your customers will also be sent to advise them of the financing arrangement between Finaxar and your company.
